When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major sales, processing may take up to 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used hair care items.

Are TGIN products safe for color-treated hair?

Yes, our products are formulated to be gentle and sulfate-free, making them safe for color-treated hair while providing the moisture your strands need.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working diligently to expand our shipping capabilities to more international destinations soon.
